Dear Friends and Associates,
Once again it’s our most humble privilege to be in this forum. This is an avenue that is giving us a lot of experiences and exposure as we struggle to implement our mission in the rural and marginalized areas in Kenya. We are currently working within the local communities to spearhead irrigation using very artificial ways. This is to ensure we gain substantial food security for the local inhabitants within the villages in Ligala and its environments. Climatic conditions have remained relatively hash and many of the local rivers have been drying up. Thanks to the seasonal rivers that have enabled us to have reserves that we use to irrigate our crops to get fresh indigenous vegetables for food and to market some. We are still hoping that we will someday sink our borehole to extract reliable water for consumption and irrigation to the entire community.
We are currently appealing for any financial or material support that will enable us start a ground breaking to enable this process to be initiated. This will be highly appreciated. We welcome any donations through GlobalGiving and any pledges to help us start this process. Also we urge you to help us by reaching out to your families and friends to help us get this to reality. Thank you very much.
