Hello all! We hope you all had a wonderful holiday season and are looking forward to the year to come. The LEND team and I spent the break thinking of new ways to increase client acquisition and improve the support we provide for our existing clients. We hope to spend the next few months increasing our involvement in the Evanston community and spreading the word about the loaning and business development services we provide. LEND recently added a student organization branch on the Northwestern University campus which will allow us to host more events and increase awareness about our organization amongst the student body. Winter is always a particular challenge for our clients as the cold weather brings in less foot traffic, but we have spent the past few years learning from previous mistakes and hope to mitigate the negative effects of winter as much as possible. As always, we greatly appreciate your support!
