Significant strides have been achieved in the development of the Mayama Community Center during the first quarter of this year. Specially has been on laying the foundation and leveling the terrain, culminating in successful completion. Furthermore, construction has commenced on the educational classrooms and multipurpose hall of the New Center.
As per our established schedule, we anticipate the full completion of the New Center by the last quarter of this year. Initially, this new space will cater to the seventh generation of beneficiaries, totaling 142 girls and boys along with their families. Additionally, it will soon welcome the eighth generation, currently undergoing selection, who will commence their training in the Mayama model in May 2024.
Looking ahead to the second quarter of the year, our plans include advancing the construction of the kitchen and dining area, as well as the installation of necessary bathrooms and electrical infrastructure at the Mayama Center.
The realization of the Mayama Center has been made possible through the invaluable contributions of multiple allies and committed individuals, who continue to join this ambitious project, aimed at improving the well-being and quality of life of our beneficiaries.
