This project seeks to train and employ people with disabilities in Venezuela through occupation training and rehabilitation processes for productive work. This not only gives them financial independence but also a deep sense of purpose and belonging that was previously denied to them. They have the freedom to make decisions, contribute to their families, and develop professionally.
At Buena Voluntad, we address a critical and persistent social problem: the labor and social exclusion of people with disabilities. This issue goes far beyond a simple lack of opportunities; it represents a systemic barrier that prevents a valuable segment of our population from fully exercising their rights, developing their potential, and actively contributing to society. This exclusion also creates financial dependency, limiting their ability to make decisions and achieve self-sufficiency.
Our solution is based on three interconnected pillars: Training and skills development: Beyond technical competencies, we strengthen essential soft skills such as effective communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and personal autonomy. Environmental awareness and transformation: We not only prepare the individual, but also the ecosystem to receive them. Labor inclusion and sustained support: We act as intermediaries, directly connecting our young talents with companies.
The potential long-term impact of Buena Voluntad goes beyond simple training and job placement. It is projected to be a catalyst for social transformation, generating lasting benefits in three key areas: people with disabilities, businesses, and society as a whole. In the long term, Buena Voluntad programs can generate significant economic and personal autonomy for participants. By acquiring job skills, they become productive and self-suffiicient members of society.
