The Vidya Jyothi Library at Kuppam successfully delivered its programs and activities during October and November 2025, focusing on collection management, educational activities, and community outreach. Key activities included the celebration of Library Open Day, regular Digital Library (DL) sessions, and engaging workshops for teachers. The campus library recorded a high level of engagement, with 1020 unique students visiting the library during this two-month period, contributing to a substantial total exposure count of 3378.

DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITIES CONDUCTED:
Daily and weekly activities focused on leveraging the library resources for educational delivery, conducting outreach, and enhancing digital literacy.

• Educational Delivery: Regular visits and out-reach sessions were conducted at the library.
• Teacher Engagement: Government teachers participated in an engagement session titled "Story telling with puppets", which was led by a staff member.
• Digital Integration: "Apni Pathasala" under the Digital Learning (DL) session was conducted by a staff member.
• Technology Utilization: The Alexa device was utilized during sessions for improving the questioning attitude among students.

LIBRARY COLLECTION & METRICS:
The library collection and usage metrics demonstrate continued operations and high user engagement.

Books Acquisition: The library received 4 books from individual donors.

Books Cataloguing: NO books cataloguing was done during October to November 2025.

Library Users (Snapshot): The library recorded various visitor categories, including Students, Teachers, Staff, and General Visitors.

SPECIAL PROGRAMS & EVENTS:
The period featured a major outreach event that greatly expanded the library's reach.

Library OPEN DAY: This event was celebrated on November 28, 2025.

Participation: 4 private schools and 6 government schools participated.

Attendees: A total of 662 students and 25 teachers attended the Open Day.

CONCLUSION:
The Vidya Jyothi Library successfully completed its planned activities for October and November 2025. The library effectively integrated digital tools (Apni Pathasala, Alexa) and focused on valuable community engagement. The total exposure for the period, including the Open Day, reached 4040. Future focus should include resuming the book cataloguing process to maintain collection management efficiency.
