This project will empower underprivileged youth to train in hands-on skills that will help them to be self-reliant. Most of the developing countries have since many years suffer from unstable sources of income. This has resulted in many challenges not only to the youth but also among the rest of the population. Once this project is fully funded,we are to release improved levels of income among the youths in our catchment areas.
Most young people are facing many problems among of which include, unemployment, child sacrifice, youth trafficking, redundancy due to lacking of what to do, high levels of dependance of youth to their old parents even those with degrees in different fields but with no hands on skills tracings and this has led to killing of their parents, in order Inherit the wealth. Once we are helped to put the training center,we shall train them in various hands on skills to be self employed.
The project will train the young people in various hands on skills that will help them to create their jobs, get jobs in different companies in Uganda and even at any level since we train them to comply with all the industries' requirements. There will duplicating of the skills by these young people themselves where by there is a high possibility of training their friends at individual levels in their workshops leading to a long lasting sustainability of the project.
Since there will be duplication of the project by transferring the same skills to their fellow youth at individual levels in their workshops, there will be along lasting 100% assured sustainability and employment, decreased levels of vulnerability, reduced levels of poverty, unemployment, reduced levels of killings, reduced levels of youth trafficking, reduced levels of dependance, reduced robberies and assurance of increased community enthusiasm in regards the promotion of hands on skills in Uganda
