To empower 50,000 youths in Harare Metropolitan Province high density suburbs by 2026 through:Imparting social, educational and economic knowledge into the youths through workshops,billboards ,TV and Radio Shows;Helping the vulnerable students through provision of school fees and material support;impart entrepreneurial skills;Imparting leadership and responsibility skills into the youths;Reducing Alcohol and Drug abuse amongst the youths.Providing SRHR education and material support.
1.Girls aged between 10 to 24 years miss school during menstruation due to lack of education and material support 2.Sharp increase in the abuse of drugs by young girls and boys 3. Parents and guardians failing to pay school fees 4. Lack of mentorship to guide the youths to make correct career decisions
a.Provision of SRHR education and material support. b.TV,radio shows,workshops and billboards disseminating information on the fight against drug abuse. c.Payment of school fees and material support such as stationery and uniforms. d.Creation mentorship clubs and collaboration with universities,colleges and vocational training centers.
a.100% increase in school attendance of girls 30% per year. b.Removal of negative perception about menstruation. c.100% Reduction in SRHR related diseases. d. Increase in youth entrepreneurs and employable youths e.75% Reduction in crime rates committed by drug abusers and those failing to gain proper education and career guidance . f.Increase in volunteers.
