Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan works for making people aware of cleanliness and mosquito prone diseases at times. In the current period of changing world, dangerous diseases as zika virus, chikungunya, malaria, dengue make us victims. RSKS, with the financial support of GlobalGiving Foundation, has taken an initiative and organized cleanliness campaign in the slums of the city.

Some time ago, RSKS organized a cleanliness campaign in a slum of the city. After some time, the organization conducted feedback and follow-up activities in the slum. When our activists reached the slum, they saw mysterious changes in the slum. They got positive feedback through clean drainages, garbage free surroundings. People made aware of cleanliness campaign and realized their responsibility towards environment and public health. The localites were engaged in making the drainage & streets clean on their own. The positive feedback reflects the success of the project.

An Impact Story:- My name is Ahmed and I'm 62 years old. At this phase of life, I have seen so many changes in the locality. Earlier, no one paid heed towards filth in the locality. The entire locality suffered from dengue last year, due to which a young boy got died. I want to thank RSKS to make the localites aware and to change the locality. I saw changes in the localites, the awareness program changed the views and approach of the localites. Now, the residents of this slum breath in fresh air and made the slum clean and hygiene and still working to maintain it. All of this could be possible only because of the efforts of Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan.
