A Small Effort for protect Against Malaria !!

The garbage spread around our residences and stagnated water invite mosquitoes. mosquitoes get favourable environment to be multiplied in the slums where heap of garbage and stagnated water are everywhere in the localities and the residents become victims of dangerous and fatal mosquite prone diseases as dengue, malaria, etc.
Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan, with the support of the donors, organized an awareness program in such a slum. Under the program, an awareness workshop and cleanliness programs were held by the organization at the slum nearby Transport Nagar of the city. The program improved the sanitary conditions of the slum. Now, the locality is much clean than ever. Having the impact of the workshop, the residents now keep their locality clean all together. Last year, in the slum 13 patients of malaria were found, but now this year only one person got infected from malaria in the slum and the whole credit goes to the awareness program and the cleanliness program held by Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan.
Mosquito nets were also distributed to the residents with the support of the donors. The activists of Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan have inspection of the slum at times. Our team organized a health check-up camp for a day in the slum.The residents of the slum now keep the localities clean on their own level. All the residents thank to Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan, the donors and GlobalGiving Foundation.
