Summary

The Kids Coding and Robotics Hub is a unit under Child Dream Centre that focuses on equipping children in STEM. We welcome children who want to learn through play. Children in basic schools in Northern Ghana The Hub aims at educating to effect change through STEM by teaching latest technologies in Programming, Electronics and Robotics to create an ecosystem of children who are passionate about using technology to revolutionize Ghana, Africa and the world.

Challenge

Most children in Northern Ghana do not have basic skills in computer literacy. In this 21st century many children in Northern Ghana still do not have access to basic computer training.

Solution

This would help empower the Northern child in technology and information communication hence creating the right environment for their career and socio-cultural development.

Long-Term Impact

By 2030 the Northern child would not only know how to use computer effectively for productivity but also develop applications and programs to solve local and international challenges face in society like poor education, lack of employment, poor health information etc.
