Respected Donor,
Wishes from SERUDS
Thank you very much for all your great support to our charity to serve the flood victims in Kerala.
Massive floods has damaged severely the state of Kerala. Torrential rains, overflowing rivers, dams and a series of landslides have resulted in death of 350plus people in the state and thousands of people lost their houses and belongings. Monsoon rains continue to batter many districts of Kerala. SERUDS have been extended humanitarian flood relief to the affected families & victims.
As part of continuing activity, again on 05th December 2018, we have provided flood relief support which includes, rice, dhal, clothes, species, lentils, household immediate needs, cooking oil, bathing & detergent soaps to the 50 families in Champakulam village. 50 families benefited from this activity. And they expressed sincere gratitude towards kind gesture & your help. They prayed for you and your families.
Champakulam village, Alappuzha district in Kerala, India. Champakulam is part of Kuttanad, the rice bowl of Kerala, and is resplendent in green paddy fields, coconut groves and water fowl. Due to recent 2018 massive floods in Kerala it has been devasted everything. The river Pampa flows through the village, splitting it into two. It is connected, by road to Alappuzha, Changanassery and Edathua. Many of the villagers have been shifted and re-located to different districts in Kerala due to horrible floods 2018. Thanks for donating to charity to serve the flood affected areas in Kerala for the victims.
Thank you for supporting the needy flood victims.
