Building Momentum Toward Safer Learning Spaces

By Marlize Adair | Director of Philanthropy and Communications

Thanks to your support, this project continues to move forward, bringing us closer to providing children with a safe, well-equipped place to learn. While the project remains active, we are building momentum toward completing this essential work.

Your generosity is helping address urgent safety concerns while laying the foundation for a stronger learning environment that will serve children for years to come.

What Your Support Is Making Possible

Safer Learning Environments
Support for this project focuses on improving school infrastructure, including replacing a compromised roof and creating more stable, weather-resistant classrooms. These improvements are essential to protecting children’s health and ensuring learning can continue without disruption.

Improved Classroom Conditions
By strengthening the physical learning environment, this project helps create classrooms that are more secure, functional, and conducive to learning, allowing children to focus, participate, and thrive.

Expanded Capacity for Learning
Once improvements start, the school will be better positioned to accommodate more students in a community where educational access is extremely limited, and demand continues to grow.

Each step forward brings children closer to a consistent, safe learning experience, something many in this community have never had before.

Looking Ahead to 2026

This project remains active, and important work still lies ahead. In the coming year, we will continue to:

  • Replace hazardous infrastructure, including the school’s roof

  • Improve classroom spaces to support safe, uninterrupted learning

  • Expand the school’s capacity to meet growing community needs

Your continued partnership allows us to move closer to completing this project. Thank you for standing with children as we work to ensure they have a safe place to learn.
