This project will try to meet the challenges of rural poverty and the disadvantaged such as orphans and vulnerable children. Disadvantaged children in rural areas deserve a chance like other children.
Rural orphaned children, in most cases due to HIV/AIDS are some of the most disadvantaged children in rural Uganda. Rural girls, especially the orphans, are at the greatest risk given that even their own surviving relatives turn against them and abuse them. Protection, education, health care and a sense of belonging are some of the things that these children need. The beneficiaries are young HIV AIDS school going orphaned girls abd boys aged between 2years and 20 years.
This project will aim at keeping 15 Orphans and disadvantaged children in school for a year. The project will provide for their school fees and school requirements, provide a home and a maid to the children, and health care as and when it is needed
To help rural HIV/AIDS orphans and disadvantaged/vulnerable children position themselves in the world for a better future. Emphasis will be put on the welfare of the girl child.
