The Girl Child Foundation Uganda (GIFU) continues to work to ensure that girls from vulnerable rural communities remain in school and have the opportunity to complete their education. However, many adolescent girls still face challenges managing menstruation due to limited access to affordable sanitary products. This can contribute to missed school days, embarrassment, and disrupted learning.
GIFU is currently seeking donor support to enable the distribution of sanitary pads to rural school girls who need them most. Providing menstrual hygiene supplies can help girls attend school with greater confidence, dignity, and peace of mind while supporting their continued participation in education.
Your support can help us reach more girls with essential menstrual hygiene supplies and strengthen our efforts to keep girls in school.
Every contribution can make a meaningful difference in a girl's educational journey.
Together, we can support menstrual dignity, promote girls' education, and help rural girls stay in school.
