A FUTURE WORTH FIGHTING FOR

By Othieno Gerald | Project Leader

Every girl deserves a future filled with opportunity, dignity, and hope. Yet for many girls in rural Uganda, poverty and lack of menstrual health resources continue to place that future at risk. Without support, many are forced to miss school, struggle academically, and face increased vulnerability to early marriage and economic hardship.

Thanks to your unwavering generosity, we are helping girls fight for a different future.

This quarter, girls received menstrual hygiene kits, reproductive health education, and mentorship support that empowered them to stay in school and remain focused on their aspirations. These services are providing practical solutions while also building confidence and resilience.

The challenges have grown as funding reductions continue to affect adolescent-focused services. Despite these obstacles, your support has enabled us to continue reaching girls who need help the most.

One beneficiary recently told us, “Now I believe my future is possible.” Her words capture the essence of this project. When girls receive support, they gain more than resources—they gain hope.

Thank you for helping vulnerable girls protect their education and pursue brighter futures. Your generosity is ensuring that poverty does not define a girl's destiny and that every girl has the chance to achieve her dreams.
