Nineteen years ago, a small team set out from the Sundarbans with one conviction: that the digital economy could become a ladder out of poverty for India's most marginalised communities. Today, over 600,000 underserved individuals across 22 states have been trained, more than 70% have secured employment, and average household incomes have grown 240%. These are not statistics. These are lives transformed.
This year, we took our boldest step yet into Artificial Intelligence. After launching our AI Academy last year, we built in-house tools ANU AI and iChat for personalised learning and interview readiness.
We took a huge leap in infrastructural development by inaugurating two new Centers of Excellence for AI in Kolkata and Coimbatore with Accenture. These centers bring cutting-edge AI training and modern learning facilities to communities that have often been left behind in the rapidly evolving AI-driven economy.
The future of work is here, and our students are ready for it.

As we approach our 20th anniversary, Anudip is committed to scaling our AI and DeepTech programmes to 3x capacity, reaching 1,000,000 trained individuals, and ensuring women make up at least 50% of every cohort. The digital revolution will not wait. With your support, neither will our students.
