Strengthening Employability Beyond Placements
In addition to job drives, employability enhancement initiatives were integrated into campus engagements:
- At Falta Government ITI College, 170+ students participated in sessions on Design Thinking and Artificial Intelligence.
- Students engaged in hands-on AI learning modules through IBM SkillBuild, with certifications awarded to enhance workforce readiness.
- In Bhopal, 11 students were formally recognized in an IBM SkillBuild ceremony attended by state officials.
What This Means for At-Risk Youth
Across these drives in the October–December quarter:
- Thousands of youth directly interacted with employers
- Hundreds secured confirmed job offers
- Hundreds more advanced to final interview rounds
- Opportunities spanned IT, BFSI, telecom, manufacturing, retail, and services
For at-risk youth, employment is not just income — it is stability, agency, and the ability to support parents, educate siblings, and break cycles of vulnerability.
