On February 1, 2024, Anudip achieved a significant milestone by imparting valuable livelihood skills and knowledge to over 400,000 marginalized youth and women. Through a diverse range of training programs, Anudip has made substantial impact on lives of people in need. Anudip's comprehensive curriculum includes English comprehension,digital literacy, financial literacy, job readiness, and more than 20 other IT and internet-based courses.
These transformative initiatives are not confined to urban areas of India but are spread across 92+ rural and semi-urban centers throughout 20 Indian states. By reaching out to all these locations, Anudip is contributing to the empowerment of communities that often face limited access to educational opportunities. This approach reflects a commitment to bridging the digital divide and ensuring that opportunities for personal and professional growth are accessible to job aspirants in diverse geographical settings.
What sets Anudip apart is not just the scale of its programs but also their impact on employment outcomes. An impressive 70% of the trained youth have successfully secured employment with sustainable durations. This employment success rate underscores the effectiveness of Anudip's training and alignment with market needs, thereby preparing students for meaningful and lasting careers.
