Dear friends,
Thank you for your support and for following our project!
We are proud to report you on our progress.
Our visually Impaired instructor started teaching her Pilates classes to the visually impaired youth at the boarding school for the blind children in Kharkiv city, Ukraine and at Time For Pilates Studio. Time For Pilates Studio is our new socially responsible partner. The studio hosts free classes for the blind youth.
"I am so happy to have an opportunity to teach Pilates to the blind youth. It is a pleasure to watch them working out with me while doing Pilates exercises. Pilates is extremely good for their overall health and is recommended by their doctors. It is also very good for their back, since they study a lot.", - Says Anastasiya Gerets - a Pilates instructor.
To remind, we raised funds for her in order to pay for her education.
We also plan to hold a 2-weeks rehabilitation camp called Independence in Bulgaria for the blind youth, where Anastasiya will introduce accessible fitness for the blind people. We are now fundraising for this camp and inviting you to support it. any amount of dollars will help.
