Dress for Success Memphis is excited to share highlights and progress from our past 12 months. Your ongoing support has been integral to our success, and we're grateful for your contributions. We look forward to 2026 and the opportunities it will bring.

Highlights:

1211+ women served through suiting, career coaching, and workshops

The ULTA Beauty Project launch was completed.

79 clients have completed the Business Mentorship Program

. We have had the honor of having Ms. Katrina Kimble selected for the past 2 years as a Dress for Success Worldwide "Global Ambassador.

She represented Memphis 2024 as the Keynote Speaker and Presenter for the 2024 Women Who Inspire Conference in New York.
In 2025, served as the Lead Global Ambassador for the second time at the Women Who Inspire Summit in New York City.
At the 2025 Dress for Success Worldwide Annual Leadership Conference, held in Toronto, Canada.
DFSMemphis Executive Director received the 2025 Peer Leadership Award.
Recognized by Bank of America as a 2025 Change Maker
Recognized by FedEx Gares at the Lady Tigers Basketball Game as a Non-profit of Impact
Secured over 3000 hours of Volunteer Service from local companies and organizations, including...

NIKE, FedEx, Smith& Nephew, Raymond James, Phi Lambda Omega-Atpha Kappa Atpha Sorority, Inc., Top Ladies of Distinction, Inc., Memphis and Tipton County Chapters, Memphis and Shelby County Schools, LeMoyne-Owen College, Rhodes College, and the University of Memphis.

We have received in-kind donations amounting to over $500K.
