1. Executive Summary
During the period of June to September 2026, INNOBUC has successfully advanced the execution of the IDECU project in the Coclé region. This initiative focuses on empowering local micro-entrepreneurs by providing them with critical business tools, practical knowledge, and strategic guidance to foster rapid economic and social impact within their communities.
2. Strategic Alliances & Stakeholder Engagement
Believing in the power of collaboration, INNOBUC has continuously expanded its network of allies during this quarter. We have established and strengthened strategic partnerships with key local and international organizations to maximize the project's reach and sustainability. Our current collaborative network includes:
- Government & Cooperatives: IPACOOP (Instituto Panameño Autónomo Cooperativo).
- International Cooperation: The Embassy of Switzerland and the Embassy of Canada in Panama.
- Civil Society & Education: INNPROBUC and the Fernando Guardia Library.
3. Capacity Building & Micro-Entrepreneur Support
To drive immediate and sustainable growth, we conducted specialized training sessions tailored for local micro-entrepreneurs. The curriculum was designed to address holistic business development, covering the following core pillars:
- Business Strategy & Sales: Equipping entrepreneurs with market positioning tools and commercial techniques to increase revenue.
- Innovation & Emerging Technologies: Introducing practical applications of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to optimize daily business operations and efficiency.
- Psychological Empowerment: Providing mental resilience, leadership, and emotional intelligence resources to support entrepreneurs in overcoming economic challenges.
4. Looking Ahead
INNOBUC remains committed to scaling this initiative. As our network of allies grows, we will continue to expand our training modules, ensuring that more micro-entrepreneurs in Coclé receive the resources necessary to build resilient and thriving businesses.
