Due to the incredible success of the holiday basket sales, this last month we have been working very hard on the production and design of our microentrepreneurs’ new products. Specifically we are focusing on the launch of new and delicious jam and chocolate flavors.

The new chocolate flavors -baking, semi-sweet and sweet- and jam flavors- apple/hibiscus, pear/mango and pineapple- will give the women of Las Palmas, Oaxaca the opportunity to expand their business and diversify their range of products for commercialization. In fact, we are talking with large department stores in Mexico, including Liverpool and Palacio de Hierro, to see about introducing our entrepreneurs’ products into their Gourmet food sections.

We are also excited about the all the new microenterprises with which we are working, expanding the program to groups in San Miguel Tequixtepec, Teopan and Sola de Vega, Oaxaca since the start of the new year.

With your support, the women in these communities are continuing to have incredible opportunities and grow their businesses, generating a huge benefit for their families and communities. Thank you for your support, and let’s keep promoting development in these communities!
