Dear friends,
Water and sanitation are human rights, but in Uganda, thousands of children are at risk due to poor hygiene and lack of safe drinking water. Diarrhoea kills 33 kids daily, affecting their health, growth, and education.
Progress:
- $72 raised of $1,500 goal
- 5 donations received
- Supporting access to safe water and hygiene education
The Challenge:
- Unsafe water and poor sanitation cause childhood illnesses
- Open defecation and lack of handwashing with soap persist
Impact:
- Promoting hygienic behaviour and sanitation facilities
- Partnering with communities for innovative WASH solutions
- Empowering girls with dignity and privacy in sanitation
Ways to Help:
- Donate: Every $25-$50 supports safe water and hygiene
- $25 creates lasting change with quality engineering
- $40 brings safe water to families in poverty
- $50 supports WASH facilities and community projects
- Share: Spread the word about Clean Water Uganda
- Join: Partner with us to save lives and empower communities!
Thank you for caring about Uganda's future!
Best regards,
Cico Uganda Team
