Greetings from The Teacher Foundation !
TTFs continues to offer Online programmes to schools teachers and headteachers using a range of exciting digital tools.
Since we have not made much headway with the release of the donation amount from MHA and GlobalGiving due to the amended FCRA rules, we are currently going slow on the project activities.
We have commenced work on "Developing an inclusive- Indian Social Emotional Learning (i-ISELF) curriculum on self-awareness, self-management, relationship management, social awareness and decision making". We have developed Quality Circle Time Plans as part of the i-ISELF curriculum and these will be finalised by this month.
Will keep you posted of any further developments.
We look forward to your continued support.
Thanks !

Greetings from The Teacher Foundation(TTF) !
Currently with Covid, a lot of TTFs work involves online training of teachers and headteachers - using a range of exciting digital tools.
Due to the amended FCRA rules, some amount of our donation through GlobalGiving is held up and we are unable to utilise it. However, once the amount is released, we plan to utilise the donation as part-funding for the project on Developing an inclusive- Indian Social Emotional Learning (i-ISELF) curriculum on self-awareness, self-management, relationship management, social awareness and decision making, Developing Assessment Tools and Implementing the curriculum by training a team of Master Trainers on the curriculum in the State of Karnataka.
Will keep you updated on the progress.

Greetings from The Teacher Foundation !
Owing to the pandemic situation the schools are shut in Karnataka. We are in the process of raising funds for the project in the North-Karnataka region. We need the required funds to kick start the project. Meanwhile, TTF is in touch with the Department of Education to continue our effort to work with the Government School teachers / heads. Depending on the fund status and permission from the Government, we will take the project forward.
During 2019-20, The Teacher Foundation implemented 'Coaching For School Success' programme in Shiggaon Taluk of Haveri district, Karnataka. The programme was implemented in 16 Government schools in Shiggaon Taluk, and 32 Heads and Senior teachers were trained to become effective coaches in their respective schools.
We are attaching the closure report of the last project for your reference.
Thank you for your support!
Greetings from The Teacher Foundation !!!!
As per the project , The Teacher Foundation implemented 'Coaching For School Success' programme in 16 schools of Shiggaon Taluk, Haveri district in the academic year 2019-20.
The programme consisted of 10 days of training and 11 days of School Based Support.
Highlights / Achievements :
10 days of training completed to 30 coaches (Out of 32 coaches selected for the programme).
Coaching skills of the coaches was enhanced through Triad supports.
Positive feedback from the participants on workshop design, methodology and content.
Translation of training into the classroom – Some teachers have started using some of the strategies from the workshop in their classrooms immediately.
Challenges:
During some training sessions, the attendance was rather low due to teachers being deputed on various departmental work. However, during our school visits we briefed the participants on the modules to help them 'come up to speed'.
Some of the schools had full-time HM’s in the later part of the academic year. In-charge HM’s were part of our programme initially, and we were able to convince and involve the in-charge HM’s for the programme.
Since class 7 preparatory exams were going on, it was not possible to conduct Endline observation in 3 schools.
This project is completed and the final closure report is been attached.
Thank you for your support !
