Working with children with disabilities require specialized human resource such as therapists for speech therapy,occupational therapy, care givers to support them in their activities of daily living. Need sponsors to support school fee, exclusive therapies,care giver support.
Children with disabilities require specialized interventions and have an individual education plan which requires active engagement and mentoring by the care givers.Since, these children don't have families , the solution would be to provide the best interventions so that they are well equipped to independently take care of themselves once they are rehabilitated from the Trust.
Having sufficient resources and support for children with disability will ensure a safe and secure space for them where all their needs are met.With the right interventions, they would reach their full potential and in cases of mild disability, they might even get good opportunities to live an independent life.
