Young Leaders Workshop
Coming from different community chapters and schools yearning for leadership skills,52 students gathered at VAP offices for a one day leadership workshop that also marked the preparation of the 2018 Wasichana Wacheze (Let girls play) football league. Despite the leadership and goal setting topics that were covered, the football league will ran under the theme of “Pressing for progress to empower girls through football to achieve effective future goals.” As usual the league will provide a safe space for girls to learn on issues surrounding a girl child facilitated by Mrembo Coaches.

Today as we celebrate international womens day,we would like to extend this celebration right from our communities and the many girls who are involved in our project and invite you to celebrate with us for the many gains and achievement our girls have attained and for the women of this world so far.We would therefore also like to remind you that TODAY GlobalGiving is matching all the donations raised to this project on this particular day.So help us get the matching funds as you donate and reach out to your friends to help out too.
