The Ignite project, aims at economically empowering young women, has made steady progress in its initial phase. We have successfully completed the selection process, identifying participants who demonstrate both need and potential for growth. Additionally, we conducted a focus group discussion with the selected young women to better understand their specific needs, challenges, and aspirations. Insights from this session have informed the development of a tailored implementation plan that aligns with their realities and goals.
This foundational phase has also been instrumental in setting clear expectations among all stakeholders. Through collaborative dialogue, we established shared goals and agreed on key indicators for measuring both progress and impact throughout the project. The project is set to officially kick off in June, and we will continue to provide regular updates as implementation progresses to ensure transparency, accountability, and shared learning.
