Impact Story:
" I am Soni. Now, I study in class 10 and I live in Kunaghari, chitwan. I have my mom and younger sister. My father passed away in my childhood. after the death of father, there was a lot of financial crisis. I had to study extra classes because I was very weak in studies. My mother couldn’t afford to spend a lot of money on my education as she only did farm work and housewife. But my mother was teaching me as much as possible and when I reached the ninth grade, I was unable to pay for my education. The situation came to have to drop out of studies. At that time, I was regularly attending girls’ program and also participated in the CAP program, when I was in childhood. Even when the final exam came of class 9, the exam couldn’t be given due to not being able to pay the fee for the exam and the extra class. At the same time, the sisters came to the village to hold a girls program and when they came to meet us, other people came to know about my situation and helped me to pay my fees, due to which I got a chance to give the final exam and I have now reached class 10. At the last, I would like to thank HLC for giving us good health education and financially supporting us when it is difficult to pay the fees. Due to which I’m able to continue my studies."
