Young people are an important part of Uganda's future, and every young person deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential. Living with HIV/AIDS should never take away that opportunity.
The Girl Child Foundation Uganda invests in young people's emotional and social well-being through counseling, psychosocial support, peer groups, life-skills education, HIV awareness, and referrals to appropriate services.
Our program helps young people address fear, stigma, isolation, and uncertainty while strengthening confidence and resilience. We encourage participants to remain connected to appropriate healthcare and to continue pursuing education, personal development, and their future aspirations.
We also work with families and communities to promote acceptance and reduce discrimination.
Your support can help us reach more vulnerable young people with the counseling and psychosocial support they need. By investing in their hope today, we help create a generation of confident young people who can overcome challenges and contribute positively to their communities.
