With the spread of the corona virus (COVID 19) into South Sudan, we have initiated an idea of creating a lot of awareness and installing public Hand Washing stations. , we are still facing a lot of challenges that limits effective hand washing , order to stay at home can't could not work here since most of our populations are very poor and they survive through daily earning making it almost impossible for them to stay at home during lock down thus forcing people to continue occupying public
