Report to Sponsors: New Additions and Ongoing Efforts

Tunu and Oliver, new children in our program

Dear Sponsors,

We are delighted to share some significant updates with you. Our program has recently welcomed two new little girls, Tunu and Oliver, into our care. Tunu and Oliver, who many of you may recognize from our past newsletters, have been living in unimaginably harsh conditions. Their father, elderly and suffering from a serious heart condition, has been struggling to care for them after their mother abandoned the family years ago. The description of their living conditions is heart-wrenching: their home is filled with soot from cooking over open fires indoors, they live on a dirt floor with no furniture, and their makeshift beds are unfit for rest. Spider webs line the corners of their home, the metal sheet serving as their roof is riddled with holes, no water, no toilet, and they endure daily malnutrition.

Despite these bleak realities, we have been deeply moved by the outpouring of support from our sponsors. Your generosity is truly transforming their lives. We are thrilled to announce that we will soon begin renovating their home to ensure a safer and more comfortable environment. Our plans include installing a proper floor, adding a ceiling to their kitchen area, plastering the walls for better hygiene, and providing Tunu and Oliver with their own beds to ensure they get the rest necessary for their health and growth. For more detailed insights into their journey and the profound impact of your contributions, we invite you to view our video on our YouTube channel.

We are committed to keeping you updated on the progress of this transformational project. Your support not only changes the lives of Tunu and Oliver but also extends to other children in our program who are equally in need. In addition, we are excited to announce a new project aimed at helping elderly widows with children procure land to build homes. We already have identified two families in need, and more information about their situations will be shared soon.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of you. Your compassion and commitment make you true lifesavers. Thank you for standing with us on this journey toward a brighter future for Tunu, Oliver, and many others like them. Stay tuned for more updates, and once again, thank you for your unwavering support.

With deepest appreciation,
