Support with Housing of Students Affected by War

During these past three months, our project managed to raise 130 USD for the support of the students affected by the Artsakh war. The amount was not big enough in order to renovate another room and house more students at the Shirakatsy Lyceum. In one of the renovated rooms, we already welcomed three students who were in need of a wardrobe. So, with the new donations, we managed to buy one more wardrobe for them. We do hope to raise the whole needed money so that we will be able to renovate and furnish another room and make the dorms of the Shirakasty Lyceum a second home for more students. 

Our fundraising project in GlobalGiving aims to renovate one more room for two students who will continue their education at the Lyceum. As we haven't reached our goal, we decided to spend the funds that we already received in order to renovate the dormitory lobby. The renovation of the lobby was originally the idea of one of the Lyceum students who started her own fundraising and renovated the lobby with the help of our foundation. She managed to gain enough amount in order to renovate it. With the donations from GlobalGiving we managed to furnish the dormitory lobby with these shelves.
