As the monsoon season continues across Bangladesh, many Rohingya refugee families and vulnerable host communities are once again facing severe flooding, damaged shelters, and increased health risks. In response, HOPE Foundation's Emergency Response Team (HERT) has remained on the ground, working alongside our medical teams to provide timely assistance to those most affected.
With your generous support through GlobalGiving, we have been able to distribute emergency relief supplies, including dry food, clean drinking water, essential medicines, and hygiene items to families impacted by the floods. At the same time, our Field Hospital has continued providing uninterrupted medical care, ensuring that women, children, and other vulnerable patients have access to emergency treatment, maternal healthcare, and essential health services despite the challenging conditions.
Beyond meeting immediate needs, our teams are actively monitoring the evolving situation and working closely with communities to identify those requiring additional medical attention and support. By combining emergency relief with ongoing healthcare services, we are helping families navigate this difficult period while strengthening their resilience against future crises.
