Emergency Food for Families in Ukraine

Two + years of war in Ukraine: about 40% of the Ukrainian population need humanitarian aid.

In 2024, despite a decrease in overall giving to our food program, we were still able to provide 1,500 food kits every week to families in desperate need. Each of these kits, costing just $25, can feed a family of four for 7-10 days. This vital support has been a lifeline for thousands, but with the ongoing war, the demand continues to outpace our resources.

We have relied on local producers and involved our volunteers to baked bread and make canned meats in order to meet demand for food from peioke effected by war.

We are countinue of feeding families all across Ukraine supplying 1500 families a week with emergency food kits and running multiple field kitchens in Kherson and Sumy regions. 

As Kharkiv under constatnt shelling by Russians we have developed new relationships with local NGOs to make sure we can reach more families in the city with critical aid.

In Vinnitsa and Mykolayev regions every Sunday 150-200 internally displaced individuals are fed in our field kitchen ran by volunteers. In Western Ukraine we hold weekly distribution events for internally displaced individuals.

Our field kitchens in Kherson and Sumy reagions providing fresh meals to over 200 families each week and we also expending our operatons into Mykolayev and Odessa region.

In Donets region almost every week we have 3-4 teams of volunteers delivering food kits to residents in frontline towns.
