We are excited to announce that Hong Kong Pride 2023 is currently in progress! This year marks our first Pride event since the pandemic hit in 2020, and we are committed to making it a great celebration of the LGBTQ+ community.
Despite the challenges that the pandemic has brought, our determination to unite the pride community and fight for LGBTQ+ equality remains as strong as ever. We believe that now, more than ever, it is important to voice out and advocate for the rights and well-being of the LGBTQ+ community.
Our team is working tirelessly to make sure that Hong Kong Pride 2023 is a success, and we will keep you updated with any news or updates regarding the event. We thank you for your continued support and we look forward to celebrating together with you at Hong Kong Pride 2023!
The world may be different, but our heart to fight for LGBTQ+ rights remains unchanged. Let's come together and show our pride!
The pandemic in the past three years would not change our determination to unite the pride community. This year's Hong Kong Pride Parade will continue to gather us together in the form of a Rainbow Market that every corporate, organization, and participant can celebrate as one.
Hong Kong Pride Parade 2022 was a huge success! Thousands joined our Rainbow Market in the pandemic restriction at November 12 and 13. Although the event format has been changed, we still carry on our work promoting LGBTQ+ equality in Hong Kong.
The theme for Hong Kong Pride Parade this year is “Stay Pride, Live Proud”. In a year filled with difficult emotions, we all gather at the bazaar version of Hong Kong Pride Parade to love and support each other.
As long as we hold in each other’s arms, we will feel our heartbeats.
As long as our heartbeats continue, we will be able to see the dawn arrives.
The Hong Kong Pride Parade promotes equal rights for and anti-discrimination against the LGBT community. More than 12,000 people joint the parade to support LGBT+ equality in HK in 2018. Due to the pandemic and current situation of the Hong Kong society, we are unable to hold a rally in the past 2 year.

This year is our third Pride event in the pandemic. The COVID situation in Hong Kong is still sever. We'll try very hard to make it happen. Although Hong Kong Pride event may be held in a different format due to the pandemic and new situation in the world, we are committed to voice out and fight for LGBT+ equality.
This year is the 14th of the annual event. In 2018, over 12,000 people attended the parade. In 2019, we were not able to hold the parade, but only a public gathering due to the social situation. Due to the pandemic, the event was hold as an online broadcast in 2020 and last year the event is carried out as an off-line bazaar.
Our team will keep you posted for updates of HK Pride 2022 event. Though In a year filled with difficult emotions, we call for LGBTQ+ community to love and support each other.
The world may be different but our heart to fight for LGBT+ rights remains!
Stay safe, stay healthy!

Hong Kong Pride Parade 2021 was a huge success! Hundreds joined our Rainbow Market in the pandemic restriction. Although the event format has been changed, we still carry on our work promoting LGBTQ+ equality in Hong Kong.
This year the Hong Kong Pride is carried out as an off-line bazaar event. In the current difficult time, LGBTQ+ people need to feel the support in the real world. Our event, Rainbow Market is a LGBTQ-friendly platform that gathers over 60 groups and companies showcasing their LGBTQ inclusion messages, products, and services. Wide variety of items ranging from rainbow handcrafts, accessories, snacks, fashion, to LGBTQ-friendly medical services and same-sex wedding planning.
This year has undoubtedly been a difficult time for us all. Fighting the virus has been difficult. Getting through our day-to-day lives has been difficult. And even speaking has been difficult. Under such difficult times, we once asked ourselves should the Hong Kong Pride Parade still continue? Our committee chose to fight on! Thank you to everyone who is persevering with HK Pride today. While the decision was made to change the format of the Hong Kong Pride Parade to a bazaar, the love that we all hold will not change.
Thank you for your support! let’s meet next time, cheers!
