Hello Animal Lovers,
Although we are well past the new year, we wanted to let you know what an incredible year 2017 was for Cat AdopTion Service! As 2017 closed, our numbers were at record highs with 650 intakes and over 550 adoptions! It is hard to imagine we had a hand in saving so many cats and kittens, but it is all made possible by our amazing volunteers, foster families, and YOU- our wonderful donors! We are so appreciative of your continuing support. Without it, we wouldn't be able to reach so many sweet cats in need and help place them in loving homes. Although our high numbers make us happy about saving so many lives, there are still so many cats and kittens in foster care, with more kittens on the way. Help us continue our work, and also spread the word about the importance of spaying/neutering pets! Know a stray on your street? Call us or another animal rescue in your area for information and help. If the animal is too ferel, local groups can help to trap, neuter/spay and release it, or if it is friendly, it can be taken in and put up for adoption. If we all work together and do what we can to care for the animals around us, we can end the epidemic of homeless cats and dogs.
Thank you so much for all you do to help homeless cats!
