Home For Child Survivors of Sex Trafficking Report

By Sarah Moshofsky | Co-Director of Care

We have recently welcomed 2 new girls into Sarah's house program and family! They have been adjusting well and are continuing on to the next phase of their programming.
After a long hard year, the girls at Sarah's house are finishing up their end of the year exams for school.  This month, three girls from Sarah's House graduated from highschool and are preparing for college. We couldn't be prouder! The Shine program is just starting again and is a wonderful time during the summer months for the girls, staff, and new residents to grow in their understanding of their worth, strength, and purpose.
The girls who have been through the program before often help to facilitate it for those that haven't joined yet, working together with the staff to create fun and engaging activities, discussions, and time to share with a fun final outing all together. This is a special time for the girls to gather, learn, and do something fun.
Thank you supporting our girls and staff as they celebrate these incredible accomplishments.
