Update on ‘Provide a home to 150 special children in India’

(Project #24535 from Balajothi Centre for the Disabled)

Funding goal : $75,000 / Funds raised to date : $ 10,123

Project Report due on : Oct 3, 2023 / Report sent on : Sep 14, 2023

Dear Donor,

Balajothi thanks YOU, DONOR, for your generous support to this very noble project. Through your generous donation we have been able to raise $ 10,123 to date as against the projected goal of $75,000.  We need to go a long way to fulfill this dream and we hope to reach our destination at the earliest with your continued support.

As reported in our previous report work is ongoing to get approvals from both state and central governments, for getting a bungalow, either on lease/ rental basis, or an outright purchase. This is a time-consuming process and may take several months, even an year.  However, we are continuing with our efforts, and will keep you informed on the progress through our quarterly reports.

In the meantime, the childrens’ home set up in a gated community is functioning well and the children are safe and happy.  We once again thank YOU, DONOR, for bringing about this wonderful change in their lives.

Balajothi thanks GlobalGiving for their continuing support to this noble cause by raising funds from across the globe.  We pray for their safety and well being in their dedicated efforts to bring relief to the needy and underprivileged community.  Thank you GlobalGiving !!
