We hosted several events over the past few months celebrating our older adults and their cultures.
Mother's Day Party at our Wexford Terrace office. South Asian New Year, and Father's Day picnic for all our older adults at Cunningham Park.
Mother's Day was celebrated with over 100+ older adults and staff members.
South Asian New Year was celebrated by our South Asian and Indo-carribean seniors with everyone wearing their cultural clothing.
Our Father's Day picnic had over 200+ older adults. We had elected officials come out to enjoy the weather with some sports and food. Older adults along with staff played badminton, cricket, and other sports to keep fit and enjoy India Home's first Father's Day picnic.
