Cancer is a major public health problem in the United States and many other parts of the world. One in 4 deaths in the United States is due to cancer. Natural medicine cure rates are more than 30 times higher than the cure rates of those who use chemotherapy, radiation and surgery.
People with cancer and their families are dealing with enough dis-ease and discomfort that the cost of healing their lives should not be a great concern. Most insurance will not cover the cost of Holistic/Alternative therapy.
This project will raise enough funds to assist 16 patients and their families with the cost of their Holistic/Alternative therapy treatment. $3,000 per patient will not only go to helping with the treatment cost but, also the cost of continuing post facility treatment for up to one year.
This program will allow people with cancer to know that there is a source for financial assistance available for them for the cost of their Holistic/Alternative treatments. Long term, we will be able to effectively construct an immune boost/recovery center to examine, educate, evaluate, and refer our clients to a participating network of Holistic/Alternative therapy providers.
