Since 2000, the partnership between BVDA and RVCP has led to newly constructed latrines in their target villages, outreach teaching sessions in which thousands of young people have been educated. Additionally, it has supplied 1 net to every 6 people within the communities, with the aim of increasing this supply in the future.
This year BVDA have recruited 2 long term,Eleri and Emma, capacity builders who will work in a project support management role to help strengthen RVCP as an organisation. The focus will be placed on improving and implementing long term strategy, communication methods, monitoring and evaluation of projects and financial clarity by providing an in-depth needs assessment report, further tailored training, continued monitoring and evaluation and project specific related advice.
They have been here 6 months now with 2 left to go and for sure RVCP is making great progress.
