The team at Public Lands Alliance has been hard at work, helping and supporting the nonprofit partners (our memebrs) navigate this historic government shutdown. We have assembled and administered surveys to collect data detailing the real-world impact of ths shurtdown. We have also been holding frequent national leadership forums, bringing together leaders form the public lands community to discuss what's happening at each respective location and how the community can learn from one another to keep sites and staff strong and unified through the duration of the shutdown. Our Government Relations team has been sharing the results of our surveys with our public lands coalition partners as well as members of congress - urging them to find a bipartisean solution to ending the shutdown so the important work protecting public lands can continue. Thank you to all who have been supporting Public Lands Alliance and the work we have been doing to support America's public lands.
