Due date of Project Report : Oct 18, 2019
Date Report resent : Sep 19, 2019
Balajothi Centre for the Disabled is a registered charitable trust, founded in the year 2004. It is not a religious trust. Its doors are open to intellectually challenged children from disadvantaged families, irrespective of religion, caste, creed or community. Parents are encouraged to participate in our programs through songs and prayers of their respective religions.
Ramu (name changed) is the only child of a small family. He is 100 % disabled and needs help in all his daily activities. However that does not deter him from joining Balajothi’s programs, while sitting on a wheel chair. He enjoys music, being taken for a walk, and loves to be petted by his caregivers. Your generous giving of $ 170 was instrumental in providing physiotherapy from which he has improved a good deal. THANK YOU DONOR for helping him to get along in life in spite of his severe disability.
As the process of rehabilitation is long and exhaustive underprivileged children need help on a sustained basis. My humble prayer is for more funding support on a regular basis. Please share Ramu’s story of recovery with members of your family and friends so that many more children with CP can receive a new life !!
THANK YOU GlobalGiving for your sustained motivation, guidance and support to change the lives of special children.
