From crisis to classroom

Dear friends,

through the continued support of our donors, we were able to provide essential educational assistance to a family headed by D.K., a father of three children living in a vulnerable rural area near Kragujevac.

After recent hardships caused by difficult living conditions and environmental challenges, the family has been struggling to meet basic school-related needs. Thanks to the donations received, we were able to respond in a timely and meaningful way.

V.K. , a seventh-grade student at primary school Milos Simovic in the village of Dragobraca, received a full set of textbooks, ensuring she can continue her education without interruption.

F.K., a second-grade student at the same school, was provided with school supplies that will help him actively participate in daily learning activities.

The eldest daughter, A.K., a second-year high school student, also received essential school materials, supporting her continued progress in secondary education.

For this family, these contributions represent more than school supplies - they represent stability, motivation, and hope in a period of uncertainty.

We extend our sincere gratitude to all donors who made this support possible. Your solidarity directly changes the daily lives of children who are most at risk of being left behind.

At the same time, we kindly invite you to continue supporting this initiative. Many more children in flood- and fire-affected regions across Serbia are still in urgent need of assistance to access basic education and maintain a sense of normalcy in their lives.

Together, we can ensure that no child is left without the chance to learn, grow, and hope for a better future.

With heartfelt thanks,
Pomoc Deci Team
