Through GlobalGiving and other fundraising that the family have undertaken there is now sufficient to purchase the all-terrain wheelchair that the project was designed to achieve.
It has been through the promotional work undertaken by Chelwood Rotary Club using various methods including Facebook that the project has been such a great success. The project went far and wide using the various media, local press and sharing through various commmunity group.
Edie and her family are eternally grateful to all the donors for their support which will enable them to give their daughter an easier way to get around and enjoy going out as a family unit.
