UniCoN has successfully purchased and started using the ASPIRE accounting software, strengthening our financial management, accounting, reporting, and record-keeping systems. The software has helped us improve the organization and efficiency of financial processes and provides a more systematic approach to managing financial information.
As the initial software purchase has been completed, our next priority is to ensure its continued use and sustainability through annual renewal, technical support, system maintenance, and expansion of relevant features and services as the organization grows. Continued support will help UniCoN maintain accurate and timely financial records, strengthen internal controls, improve reporting, and meet the increasing financial management requirements of our programs and donors.
We are therefore seeking funding support for the annual renewal of ASPIRE, ongoing technical/service support, and expansion of the software’s functionality to meet UniCoN’s evolving organizational needs. This investment will contribute to stronger, more transparent, and accountable financial management.
