We are excited to share the first update on our project, “Please Help Us Buy Accounting Software (ASPIRE).” This project was launched to help us improve financial transparency, accountability, and efficiency by introducing an advanced accounting system into our organization. Thanks to the generous support of our donors, we’ve taken the first big step—purchasing a one-year subscription to the ASPIRE software. Your early contributions made this possible, and we are sincerely grateful.
Progress So Far
With your support, we have:
Purchased a 1-year subscription to the ASPIRE accounting software
Begun setting up the software infrastructure
Started basic familiarization with the system
Remaining Needs
While we are off to a great start, several crucial components are still pending due to limited funds:
Installation and Configuration: We require support to complete the professional setup and integration of the software into our financial system.
Staff Training: Our team needs hands-on training to ensure effective and efficient use of the system.
Ongoing Monthly Fees: Though the annual license has been secured, additional recurring costs such as cloud storage, software support, and system updates require monthly payments that are not yet covered.
