Month ago, the President of our Fund "Social partnership" Olena Polishchuk transffered the liquid infusion apparatus for premature babies that now are at Ukrainian child hospital "Okhmatdyt" where annually around 1000 premature babies receive treatment.
This apparatus helps to keep the constant liquied pressure of medicines to be injected to premature babies.
The parents and doctors of the hospital expressed acknowlegements to our President for such a great present that will help to decrease the child morality amont premature babies that are under the treatment in hospital.
The problem of low assistance to premature bebies in Ukraine is very sharp. Each year around 50% of such babies die - comparing to Europe, where around 95% of such babies survive.
This apparatus is very essential for the hospital because it allows to reduce death morality among premature babies in 50%.
We hope that other Ukrainian hospitals will follow our example and our realized project will be the basis for improvement of premature babies treatment.
