WOW Tanzania supports vulnerable street children in Zambia by providing safe housing, access to education, meals, and life skills. Through mentorship and community programs, children gain stability, protection, and opportunities to thrive. This project empowers them to build a brighter future, break the cycle of poverty, and become contributing members of their communities.
Many children in Zambia live on the streets or in unsafe, unstable homes, lacking access to food, education, hygiene, and protection. Without safe housing and supportive programs, they face high risks of abuse, illness, exploitation, and a cycle of poverty. These vulnerabilities prevent them from learning, playing, and growing in a safe environment, limiting their opportunities to thrive and build a better future.
This project provides street children with safe, stable housing, nutritious meals, and access to education and life skills programs. Through mentorship, shelter, and community support, children gain protection, structure, and opportunities to thrive. By addressing their immediate needs and creating a nurturing environment, the project helps break the cycle of poverty and empowers children to build a safer, brighter future.
This project will create lasting change by giving vulnerable children stability, education, and life skills to become independent, responsible adults. With safe homes and supportive guidance, they will grow with confidence, health, and hope. Over time, these children will contribute positively to their communities, breaking cycles of poverty and building a stronger, more compassionate future for Zambia.
