It’s a New Year! New Term!
Greetings dear friends of FAWEZI and compliments of the New Year.
FAWEZI begins with appreciating the support that you offered to us and our girls in the year 2023. Following our last report, in which we gave you an update on our beneficiaries focusing on the final term of 2023 which was also their final exam period, we are excited to update you about this term.
Seven beneficiaries recently sat for their final Ordinary Level examinations. They sat for between six to ten subjects each. We are all happy that through you we managed to pay for their school fess and examination fees too. We anticipate the O level results to be out in February and then we can support the girls with guidance on the way forward. We have also been in touch with the school administrators to ensure that payment records are up to date so that our girls can collect their results without glitches once they are out. FAWEZI finalized all payments for 2023.
FAWEZI, is also on the lookout for on job training and scholarship opportunities that we can shared with their girls either for Advanced level or for colleges after they have their results. If funds permit and through your usual generosity, FAWEZI envisions also taking some of the girls further into Advanced Level and even Tertiary Level if they are results are positive.
We strongly believe in buttressing the financial support we are giving to the girls with occasional visits and mentorship sessions so that the girls get holistic support. FAWEZI and the girls are forever grateful for your unwavering support. As the new term starts, there is always a girl awaiting such an opportunity to finish school and we are hopeful that this year we will have new girls on board. This way, they get to achieve their dreams through finishing school. Please consider donating again. Recurring donations help to make long term plans for our girls ensuring they achieve their dreams.
